Kravitz, Brown & Dortch was founded in 1993 as Kravitz & Kravitz, a partnership between two renowned criminal defense lawyers, the husband and wife team of Max and Janet Kravitz. Paula Brown joined the firm in 1998, increasing the firm’s strength in defending those accused of criminal misconduct. In 2006, the firm attracted Mike Dortch away from a major national law firm in order to provide expertise in civil litigation to its clients. Richard Parsons joined the firm in 2007 and quickly demonstrated himself to be a resourceful and thorough advocate on behalf of the clients he represents.
